Route and Registration Fees

Ride Support
SAG support will be available if you or your bicycle breaks down.
SAG vehicles do not carry bicycle parts or tires so bring your own
tubes/repair kits and equipment for changing tires. Penn Cycle will
provide mechanical support again this year at the overnight sites. There will be a fee for
parts and tips are encouraged. Luggage will be picked up and dropped off at the campsites and designated hotels each day.
Accommodations
Camping is highly encouraged on this ride and all camping fees are included in the registration fee. Camping will be at schools and city parks. There are hotels rooms reserved in each city for those who do not wish to camp. Please note that hotels may be 1 to 2 miles from the camping location so additional bicycling in the evening may
be necessary depending on the location of dinner or any activities
the local towns plan. Below is a list of hotels. It is up to you to make reservations at the hotel of your choice. Rates are per room, based on double occupancy. Rooms will be held until July 22nd. Hotel costs are not included in the registration fee. Please ask for the BAM block of rooms when making your reservations. Luggage will be dropped off and picked up at only these hotels.
Refunds
Refunds must be requested by July 25, 2009. A $20 processing fee will be withheld for all cancellations before July 25th. No refunds will be given after this date, however your registration may be transferred to another person.
